Overview

I am a first year PhD student in Children’s Health & Exercise Research Centre (CHERC). My research topic focuses on improving school-aged children’s physical fitness through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We hope to develop a suitable and applicable way of HIIT that can be used in school setting, especially in PE classes.
